CarLo is a technology marketplace and an intermediary platform. CarLo is not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller. CarLo is not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from individual transactions conducted through the platform.
All transactions on CarLo are conducted solely between the buyer and the seller. CarLo facilitates the connection and provides mediation support, but bears no financial or legal responsibility for the outcome of any transaction. Users are strongly advised to exercise due diligence before completing any deal.
2. Car Condition Accuracy
All information about the condition, history, mileage, and features of vehicles listed on CarLo is provided exclusively by the sellers. CarLo does not independently inspect, verify, or certify the condition of any vehicle listed on the platform.
- Buyers are strongly encouraged to physically inspect any vehicle before making a purchase decision.
- CarLo recommends engaging an independent third-party mechanic or inspection service before finalising any deal.
- CarLo is not responsible for any discrepancy between the described condition and the actual condition of a vehicle.
3. Price Estimates
All prices listed on CarLo are the asking prices set by the sellers. These prices are not independent valuations, appraisals, or guarantees of market value.
- CarLo does not guarantee that any listed price reflects the fair market value of the vehicle.
- Market prices for used vehicles can vary significantly based on condition, location, demand, and other factors.
- Buyers are encouraged to research current market values independently before making an offer or completing a deal.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
CarLo may link to or integrate with third-party services as part of its platform functionality. These include but are not limited to:
- Razorpay — used as the payment processor for boost plan purchases. Razorpay's own terms of service and privacy policy govern all payment transactions.
- WhatsApp — linked for communication with the CarLo support team only. WhatsApp is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc.
CarLo is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services. Access to and use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
5. No Warranties
The CarLo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CarLo does not warrant that:
- The platform will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors at all times.
- Any listing information is accurate, complete, or current.
- Any deal facilitated through the platform will be successfully completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarLo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
