Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services on CarLo, including Boost Listing plans purchased by sellers. All payments on CarLo are processed via Razorpay, our official payment processor. Please read it carefully before making any payment.
1. Boost Plan Payments — Non-Refundable
All Boost Listing plan payments are non-refundable once activated. When a boost plan is applied to a listing and goes live, the full payment is considered consumed regardless of the number of views, leads, or enquiries received during the boost period. The following plans are available and all are subject to this policy:
- Basic — ₹99 for 3 days
- Standard — ₹299 for 7 days
- Premium — ₹599 for 15 days
- Max — ₹999 for 30 days
2. Technical Error Exception
If a boost plan was paid for but was not activated on your listing due to a verified technical error on CarLo's side, you may contact our support team for a review. To raise a request, email support@mycarlo.net with your registered email, the listing details, and proof of payment. Each case will be reviewed individually and a resolution (refund or re-activation of the boost) will be communicated within 5 working days.
3. 24-Hour Refund Window
No refund will be issued after 24 hours of purchase, under any circumstances. If you believe you are eligible for a review, contact support within 24 hours of the payment date.
4. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases once a boost has been activated, or dissatisfaction with the number of leads or views received. Boost plans are purchased for listing visibility only and do not guarantee a sale or a specific number of enquiries.
